Update 18/12/10: This planned maintenance has now been postponed due to cable works in Telehouse North not yet being completed. This maintenance will not take place Friday 7th January between 00.00 and 02.00. Background: Impact: · Internet Transit - Some minor disruption maybe experienced when we administratively disable transit providers at THN. Internet transit will still be available through our POP’s in Global Switch (London) and Telecity (Manchester), although this service will be deemed “at risk” until the maintenance has been completed. · Private Interconnects at THN – Customers with private interconnect to our existing POPs at THN (TFM7 & TFM10) will experience a disruption to services during the maintenance work. These customers will be notified directly by end of business on Friday 3rd December. · MPLS Network – Services utilising our core MPLS network will not be affected by this maintenance, however some resiliency will be lost during the work therefore services will be deemed “at risk” until the maintenance has been complete. Maintenance Window Our network operations engineers will closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience to you.
