At 07.20 this morning we experienced an issue on the core switches in the Derby data centre. The CPU on the core switches ran abnormally high for around 10 minutes.
Customers may have experienced packet loss and high latency on Internet transit and other related services.
Engineers are investigating the cause and further information will be provided.
