Server Centre are in the process of upgrading the servers running all our backend systems, as part of this project MyAccount, our Ticket System and main corporate website will be moved to a new web server.
MyAccount, the Ticket System and our corporate website will be unavailable during the maintenance. During this maintenance window please send any support requests to email@example.com

During the maintenance window MyAccount will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes.
Our NOC engineers will closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience to you.
