</strong>At  07.20 this morning we experienced an issue on the core switches in the  Derby data centre. The CPU on the core switches ran abnormally high for  around 10 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Impact:</strong><strong><br />
</strong>Customers may have experienced packet loss and high latency on Internet transit and other related services.</p>
<p><strong>Actions</strong><br />
Engineers are investigating the cause and further information will be provided.</p>
