What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via a Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout, Cheque or bank transfer. Please note, however, that we can only do monthly billing with a Credit or Debit card or by Direct Debit.
Credit/Debit Card / PayPal / Google Checkout
To make a payment using your credit/debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout account please login to MyAccount and select your preferred payment option.
Please make cheques payable to "Server Centre Hosting Ltd" and send to:
Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS)
For bank transfer, please use the account details and reference shown on your invoice.
Paying by direct debit is the easiest way to pay. All direct debit payments are taken on the due date of your invoice. We will notify you at least 5 working days in advance of collection.
Setup a Direct Debit in 3 easy steps
- Download Direct Debit Mandate and print it out
- Complete the form, leaving the 'Reference Number' blank. Please double check your sort code, account number and that you have signed the form.
- Post your completed form to the following address

How do renewals work?
By default we automatically invoice you 30 days before your renewal date for all services. If there is a delay, for example if you are paying by cheque or your card has expired, then we give you a 14 day grace period before we disable any services.
What if I want to cancel my services?
To cancel a service, simply log into MyAccount Select My Services, open up the details for the service and then select the "Request Cancellation" button. Once you have completed the form you will be sent an email to confirm your cancellation.
