Emergency Maintenance Thursday 23rd December 00.00 – 01.00

Update 00.08 23/12/10:
Emergency Maintenance is now complete. As expected there was no service interuption as a result of this work.
Background:
Following the unplanned downtime this morning (Packet Loss and High Latency in the Derby Data Centre 07.20 – 07.30 22/12/10) engineers need to perform diagnostics on the LAN switches in an effort to ascertain what caused the issue.

Impact:
This maintenance is not expected to be service affecting however all services within Derby/DC2 will be deemed “at risk”. These services include internet transit, layer-2 and layer-3 services.

Maintenance Window
Thursday 23rd December 00:00 – 01:00
