I've had some tickets open for a week now, and there have been no responses to my emails and I have tried repeatedly phoning the support number, only to be told to leave a message, which I have done.
What's going on?

Are any other users experiencing problems with the Server Centre web site? There was a message on SC's twitter last month saying they were investigating issues but I haven't heard any more. When I go to the support address: https://servercentre.net/support/ it does not let me login aymore.
If I go to http://servercentre.net/myaccount/, then I can login, and it will say 0 open support tickets. If I click on My Support Tickets on the right hand side however, it lists all my old support tickets along with my 2 open support tickets.
Also if I go back to https://servercentre.net/support/, I am now logged in.
Is the support ticket system being moved over to a new system, is that where the problems are coming from?
Also, are any other users getting messages in Internet Explorer on the support pages saying: "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage."?
