Whenever I need information, I either go to Yahoo or to Google. Specially with the Google toolbar neatly installed and accessible, it becomes quicker to search for anything. Search results are often satisfactory and if I don't find it in Google, I go to Yahoo, or vice versa. My friend introduced me to AskJeeves (it has been renamed, I think), which I rarely use. As for MSN, I don't really use it, unless I just logged out of my hotmail account and the homepage gets back to MSN. :dunce::ylusy: _________________ Whatever you are, be a good one. That's what it looked like, but I couldn't find any reason. As in, a link. Hi, Shone, how about a human response?!
I noticed it was spam when I spotted the other 2 posts - this one is probably the one that makes more sense out of the 3.
Oh. Actually, I deleted sig-spam by the same user before. :shifty: I've deleted the other two now, so we can highlight the failings of this spam-plan in one place.
Is this a robot that copies a post from some other forum then? What does it get out of it, with no links anywhere?
the links are in the profile page sig but for some reason isn't showing up here. still, how are they getting past the captcha?? :shifty:
Ack, looks like the sig's just being changed back and forth. I've removed it for now, anyway. The bot's first posts had the links in the signature at the time.
We have added some verification questions to the signup process, which seems to have knocked out most of the new signups, unless your removing them before I see them
