Route incoming email through Spamassasin and then onwards to another mail server.

Hi,
What I'm trying to work out is if it possible to have incoming mail processed through Spamassassin and then SMTP delivered to a mail server at the end of my ADSL connection (with static IP).

In other words:

@mydomain.com
MX entries ---(SMTP)---> HU server --(SMTP)---> My server

Is this possible with HU/Cpanel ?
