Pricing questions

    A couple of quick questions about your pricing, if I may...

    Firstly, are the prices on your website including or excluding VAT?

    Secondly, if we run out of space on say the middle packae, can we easily and seamlessly upgrade to get more space? And if even 2Gb becomes too little, is it possible to purchase more space, and if so, how much is it?

    Yes, you can upgrade packages at anytime. You will be billed on a pro-rata basis (if you have paid annually).

    If you need more space than is offered by the Elite package you can purchase more, although this will be given to you in a quotation, rather than a fixed price per Gb for example.

    This price doesn't include VAT because it isn't required just yet.

    However, it will do from early next year.
