I have a footer from a blog that someone has added extra links into and then encoded the footer, I cannot put the coding up here for some reason, maybe that is not allowed. I am wondered firstly can anyone recommend some good decoders and also secondly, what resources would you recommend to learn php? Kindest Gordon
