Hi i was wondering if you would be able to please tell me if the same TOC apply for dedicated servers as the soul responsibility would be on the registered customer. This is a crucial question to know wether i will be able to sign up. Thanks in Advance -Troy
Troy Dedicated servers? Do you mean Hosting-Unlimited's re-seller service, these are not on dedicated servers. You can obtain separate IP's but the hosting is shared.
No i mean the dedicated servers as i first stated, the ones situated at http://www.hosting-unlimited.net/servers.php Thanks in Advance -Troy
Yes you would be solely responsible for all content on the server (IE any content put on the server that brakes the TOC would be down to you to remove)
